How to use week 1

  1. Print it at 100% scale on A4 or US Letter.
  2. Start with the diagnostic test on the first study day; do not prepare for it.
  3. Tick each task when it is done and note anything that took longer than planned.
  4. At the end of the week, decide whether the hours and days you chose are realistic.
