What you buy

A personalised printable PDF study plan for one candidate and one exam date: a cover, a summary of the exam's official format, an overview, one page for every week from your first study day to the day before the exam with dated tasks, mock-exam dates, a score log, error and vocabulary logs, self-check pages and links to official free practice materials. It is made for the exam, target, dates, hours, study days, level, weakest skills, language, paper size and name you choose. Price €19, one payment, no subscription.

Seller

Payments, VAT and receipts are handled by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record. The plan is made and supported by ThirteenTabs Ltd (see the legal notice).

Delivery

The PDF is made automatically after payment, usually within two minutes. You can download it from the page you return to after paying and from the link we email you; that download page works for 18 months after purchase. Save a copy: after that period the file is deleted. If you lose the link, request it again on the “Find my plan” page or write to hello@fluentpace.com.

Changing the exam date

Within 14 days of purchase you can change the exam date once, free, on your download page. We make the plan again from that day (or from your original first study day, if that is later), keeping your other choices, and email you the new link; the earlier file is deleted. After that, or for other changes, write to hello@fluentpace.com.

Refunds

If the plan is not right for you, write to hello@fluentpace.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund of €19. You do not need to give a reason. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days.

Because the PDF is delivered straight away, the statutory right to cancel digital content may end once the download starts. Our 14-day refund is voluntary and applies regardless, in addition to any rights you have by law.

How you may use it

• Print it as often as you like for your own preparation.
• Do not resell it, share the file publicly or upload it to other websites.

What it is and is not

A Fluentpace plan is a schedule and a set of study tasks. It contains no exam papers and does not guarantee any score, grade or result. Fluentpace is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by any exam body; exam names are trademarks of their owners. Exam formats are summarised from the official pages on the date shown in the plan; exam bodies may change them, and you are responsible for checking the current rules for your exam. The self-check pages are our own checklists, not official marking criteria.

Liability and law

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price paid. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales; if you are a consumer in another country you keep the protection of its mandatory law.
